Education in factories through internships is an advantage for everyone; the student is not only trained but also inserted into the labor world. It is sometimes the same company that later offers them a job (this happens in 50% of the cases). To sum up, the company is able to obtain trained personnel taught with its own methods, machinery and culture, and the educational system is enriched with the labor practice of an individual already familiar with the work place and production, therefore making him/her more useful to society.
